Guy Howard-Smith 'Jewel Sun Worshipper'
Howard-Smith’s painting practice offers an aesthetic of an escapist Utopia, often depicting man dwarfed by nature presided over by impartial god-like figures, at once powerful and directionless. There is an attempt to find faith and harmony, although there is always doubt and discord.
